Don’t buy!

We have had this vehicle in the shop several times… at least 8. Smooth car. Just aggregating to have to take it to the shop so often. Partly the car partly the shop. Can’t seem to fix the problem permanently. Taken it back for the same two problems multiple times.

Great vehicle

Love the Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I don’t like the back up sound the vehicle makes as it sounds like a fork lift. The screen for the Pplepkay seems to works differently every time I link it up. Very confusing. The other comment is the the right rear shock absorber had to be replaced at 15,000 miles and to top it off, the dealer didn’t have any in stock. Had to wait several days and had to drive an unsafe vehicle.

Rating our 2024 Tucson Hybrid.

This Tucson is our third successive Hyundai product. Overall our total rating for our Tucson is slightly below outstanding for the because of the following. A) Exterior styling is unique and very appealing. B) Interior styling is appealing except for the dash. Appearance of the dash is unfortunately very pedestrian. C) The instrumentation is bland and the quality of the stereo speakers are disappointing. D) Consider the addition of a tachometer for future models. E) The exterior cameras are terrific. F) By far the biggest drawback and concern is the excessive road noise inside the cabin. G) Insufficient (1) engine power and (2) very poor highway MPG is problematic. The lack of horsepower/torque are the likely contributors. Again, overall we are pleased with our Tucson, but the as noted improvements are needed.

Easy to drive, handles well, great mileage, averaging low to mid 40s Would have rated it 5 but the AC compressor went out at 6003 miles during the recent heat wave!

2014 Tucson Hybrid SEL

My issue is with the sales department at McGovern 93 where I purchased the vehicle. There was a problem with the license plate install that has yet to be repaired by the dealer. Damage was mentioned to maintenance team and they said it is a sales issue and we need to deal with them. Have contacted the sales team multiple times with no response. Quite disappointing. Probably won’t use that dealer again.

Good Service (but somethings change)

I was unaware of the changes within the possibilities of your car's examination you guys do not give a tire rotation when a FACTORY EXAMINATION of the 2024 vehicle. So I understand it's a paid item now! When I purchased my new 2022 Santa Cruz, they've always had a tire rotation that came with it. What happen it that time the Warranty is the same, but I'll stop complaining and just pay for the tire rotation next time the dash says Maintenance Needed. just wanted to make someone aware thanks
