now I can’t remember the young lady’s name.I’ve had services before but this service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and explained things as she went along and answered my question respectfully. She came for what was expected to be a simple job but opened up a can of worms. She systematically worked to troubleshoot all the issues.She was not afraid to reach out to her colleagues for assistance - so she came with assistance bright and early the next morning to finish up what hadn’t been completed. I loved the respectful, collaborative and friendly conversation between them as they worked. They cleaned up after themselves (which often doesn’t happen) and put everything back they way they found it. They thanked me when they were done. After being initially frustrated with Mr. Appliance for taking so long to get repair parts and then b
eing unresponsive I canceled my follow-up appointment.
The same day I canceled I received a phone call from the Operations Manager. She wanted to know why I'd canceled the appointment. I explained my experiences. She asked me to take an appointment two days out so the part needed could be obtained.
Two days later the tech was here, with the part, and made the repair. All is working fine now.
Thanks to Mr. Appliance's Aiken Operations Mgr. for getting involved and getting it done for me.
