Excellent Customer Service/Excellent Service
I was desperate. This may be long but definitely helpful if you find yourself stranded with a Hybrid. Our car had been sitting at the dealer for 5 days with little hope of being seen for possibly 4 more. Our car just shut down on us 3 times while on a mountain road. We looked for Hybrid Repair, 2 were a joke. One was mobile Repair, other had no sign, only found out by another shop who said it was them. It was all locked up at 2:00pm. I was so frustrated so I googled "Hybrid Service near me. First shop popped up was A&A Automotive and Tire. I called and immediately a young man named Chris answered. I explained the situation apologized for sounding crazy, he was so nice told me to have it brought to his shop, that he had all the equipment necessary to work on Hybrids . I went to the dealer called a tow and hrs later followed tow to A&A. Chris said he would get to it next day. We knew we had found the right place, clean, established business. After a couple days he called and said he found the problem and it wasn't as bad as we were expecting. He fixed it drove it around to test it and the next day we picked it up. Turns out we had a rodent issue. He said it's happening more and more. I was so impressed with him and his shop. Clean, friendly and professional. We now have a Hybrid Repair for as long as we own Hybrid. I honestly do not think the outcome would have been the same at the dealer and the bill would have never been as affordable as A&A. This is the place. Honesty, Integrity. We and they Love what they do!!!
