My steering wheel was difficult to turn, followed by a sound from the rear of undercarriage, one of those to-be-expected normal wear and tear incidents for a 20 year old vehicle. A loyal customer for 20+ years, I still commute from Syracuse because of the continued friendliness and trustworthingness of A&P's service. What is also important to me is their genuine respect for their customers. I get to hear and watch how customers calling and arriving are welcomed and spoken to as I settle into their clean, bright waiting room. This convenient space may not be a priority for many who live locally, but for me who occasionally must wait for longer periods of time for a bigger job, as I did recently, a place for me is always appreciated. I get updates and conversation while waiting, and read my book. A&P performs quality work and charges are very fair! I value my 2004 vehicle in her golden years, and why I won't abandon her. She hasn't had an external facelift either, looks, ssounds much younger! We realize what really counts is, "internal" health." "She" is also a beautiful smooth running car, verified not just by me but by friends and family who've seen, heard, and have driven "her" over the years. I highly recommend A&P because they are skilled, honest and caring and an instrument in a longer, safer life for my vehicle. They care because they know we do.
