Hi Tony, Dale waited on me the last time I was there. I also talked to him on the phone. He is not the kind of person that I am used to there at your shop. He talks hick talk and says things that are rude like they are just part of the conversation. I'm sure he doesn't even realize what he is saying is derogatory toward women - but in my experience - it is. I don't think he is going to be an asset to your front desk. I much prefer Ryan. He is the reason I started coming there - because my girlfriend recommended him and your shop. At this time - I think it behooves me to consider looking elsewhere for some mechanical repair on my car. It is extremely important to be treated with the same respect you would treat ANY one else that walks in to your shop. I will not be able to continue patronizing your shop if this is not the case. At this time I will not be able to recommend your services to my friends.
