"A Premier lives up to its name"
I have brought my vehicles to them for 15 or more years. They have always diagnosed and fixed all my car's ailments. Recently I was not ready to purchase a new Volvo to replace my 2008 one. A Premier fixed some nagging suspension noises and that will buy me a couple more years since the trade in is worthless to Volvo. Thanks A Premier.

"Grand Cherokee computer problems, no gage readouts, non functioning window, door locks "
Took this 2000 Grand Cherokee to dealership to have it checked out, they wanted no part of it , to much trouble for them to bother with. Checked around and read reviews on A Premier Automotive and decided to take a chance. Am I glad I did, car only had 139,000 miles on it and it was in great shape, Tracy, Richard and the rest of the crew did step by step analysis on all the systems effected, it took some time but they eventually narrowed it down to something in the dash panel, it kept giving codes of "can't read/write to buss and cpu", after finding a replacement dash panel and installing it all the problems went away. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a truly professional experience without any of the bull you get from so many others out there, to sum it up in a few words, "honesty and integrity"
