Reid said he brought his vehicle to this facility because he felt like something was slipping. He dropped his vehicle off and the facility kept it for two days. Richard told him they drove the vehicle for about an hour and could not find a problem with it. He picked his vehicle back up and the day after, he was driving on the freeway. The vehicle stalled on him during this drive. He was not satisfied with this business and he wants a refund. He would not recommend them over the reasons already mentioned.

SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT A RE-OCCURRENCE OF A PROBLEM

WHEN VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT WAS "CUSTOMER REPORTS ON ACCELERATION SOMETHING IN FRONT END FEELS AS IF BINDING GOES AWAY WITH INCREASED ACCELERATION"   INSPECTED FRONT SUSPENSION LOOKS OK
ROAD TESTED VEHICLE ON 3 OCCASIONS INCLUDING ON FREEWAY AS INSTRUCTED BY CUSTOMER
CUSTOMERS CONCERN NOT DUPLICATED
NO MENTION OF STALLING WAS DISCUSSED.
IF WE CAN BE OF FURTHER ASSISTANCE TO FIND AND CORRECT A STALLING CONCERN PLEASE LET US KNOW
