Michael said delivery of his vehicle was promised in a week but it actually took a couple of weeks. The reason for the delay was waiting on parts. He had to call every 3 or 4 days to ask if they received the part or if his vehicle was ready. Everything is good now and he would recommend them to others.

Ricardo said the service was good and professional. The first time he went to go look, it was not done properly and he is not sure if it was the insurance company being cheap or if it was the business. The second time they told him the vehicle was ready but some things were not replaced. It was not his insurance company but the other party involved insurance company. It was suppose to take 2-3 weeks and it took a whole month. He chose this business because of the good reviews he saw online.

Martin said the business right off the top saved him thousands of dollars. They had been in contact with the manufacturer then gave him the information on what parts were needed and the information on the manufacturer, all he had to do was call the manufacturer where they had already ordered the parts. He gave the manufacturer his credit card number saving him in middle man mark up, he has never had a business do that. They always follow up and he feels the management there is superb.

Briana said when she drove off the premises she had to turn around because a fuse was blown and they had to keep her vehicle for an extra 4 days because her air bags were not safe. She was not kept updated on the status of her vehicle, she had to call the business. She said Dawn, the original estimator, was rude and unfriendly towards her mother who dropped off her vehicle, but she said the male estimator who assisted her when she returned her vehicle was nice and helpful.

Gates said he made an appointment to take his vehicle in at 9:00 am but when he showed up, they did not have him on the schedule so they jammed him in. It took an hour longer than he was originally told it would take to repair his vehicle because of this lack of communication but the business provides good service.
