Anderson said the business did a good job but the work took too long but was ready on the day it was promised. The service was very expensive. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not tell him the price of the service until he had to pay.

Hugo said he called this business after his vehicle was fixed to speak with the manager about his repairs but he was not able to reach management and they never gave him a call back. His exhaust was not fixed the way it was supposed to be. He believes they took his vehicle elsewhere to have the exhaust work done but they are still responsible. There are gaps between his exhaust that are not supposed to be there. They threw on some random generic pipes for his exhaust because they did not have the pipes that he had on his vehicle. They did not weld the pipes correctly which caused the gaps. He does not know where his license plate is and he never got answers for that. On his bill it said they replaced his trailer hitch but he never got one. He had 5 little LD lights underneath his bumper and his tail light and they never put those back on. He is not satisfied with the quality of body work done to his vehicle. Especially for paying $500 for the repairs. His vehicle was ready when promised but they did contact him to let him know that the reason they had to keep his vehicle for an extra day was because one of the sensors was bad and one of his tires. After 20 or 30 minutes of driving it, the light came back on and he does not know if they actually replaced it or if he just got billed for it. He was satisfied with the person that prepared his estimate but she was supposed to contact him to give him a definite response on what was exactly wrong with his vehicle. They went ahead and worked on his vehicle and fixed everything that was wrong before contacting him. He did not find out what was wrong with his vehicle until he got his bill.

Spoke with Jerry's wife. She said they had an appointment with this business but they did not get it accomplished the first day. There was an emergency they had to take care of with another customer, so they had to bring the vehicle back. Once they got the vehicle in, they were very good, and they are very, very satisfied with the work done. There was no estimate given. There was no repair. All they did was install a hitch.

Mark said he was not satisfied with any part of his experience with this business. The work was fine but they were overpriced. They did not give him a promise of time. He gave them a deadline by which he needed the vehicle. They did not call him so he had to call them. After 2 and a half weeks, they still had not even started on the work so he told them he would take it elsewhere and at that point they started working on it. Once they started the work, it was done in 1 day. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate, Joel. He was not honest with him and charged him for 5 hours of labor for something that only took 1 hour. He then charged $35 for a part that should only cost $3. He was not satisfied with their communication. They should have told him they would not be able to start work on the vehicle immediately and that it would be 2 and a half weeks before they could get to it. He said he was very unhappy with this business and he will never go back.
