Anderson said the business did a good job but the work took too long but was ready on the day it was promised. The service was very expensive. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not tell him the price of the service until he had to pay.

Spoke with Jerry's wife. She said they had an appointment with this business but they did not get it accomplished the first day. There was an emergency they had to take care of with another customer, so they had to bring the vehicle back. Once they got the vehicle in, they were very good, and they are very, very satisfied with the work done. There was no estimate given. There was no repair. All they did was install a hitch.

Glen said this business did a good job on his vehicle but it took a long time. It was not ready when promised because they had ordered a wrong part and he had to wait for them to get the new part in. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process as much as he would have liked. He did most of the calling to find out what was going on with his vehicle.

Mark said he was not satisfied with any part of his experience with this business. The work was fine but they were overpriced. They did not give him a promise of time. He gave them a deadline by which he needed the vehicle. They did not call him so he had to call them. After 2 and a half weeks, they still had not even started on the work so he told them he would take it elsewhere and at that point they started working on it. Once they started the work, it was done in 1 day. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate, Joel. He was not honest with him and charged him for 5 hours of labor for something that only took 1 hour. He then charged $35 for a part that should only cost $3. He was not satisfied with their communication. They should have told him they would not be able to start work on the vehicle immediately and that it would be 2 and a half weeks before they could get to it. He said he was very unhappy with this business and he will never go back.

Amy said the vehicle was fixed properly, but itlonger than they told her it would. The vehicle was delayed for 2 days, because they found additional damage internally. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call them. Also, it was misleading the way they informed her of the mileage reading. She did not understand that they needed to list the mileage the first time she brought the vehicle in, so it would be as close as possible to the mileage at the time of the accident, for insurance purposes. They could have explained it better.
