Marlas said her experience with this business was excellent. The driver's side door does not open automatically like it used to. The vehicle was not ready when promised due to a parts delay. When the fender came in, it was damaged so they had to order another and the second one was damaged too. The third one was okay. This business did the best they could.

Wenkang said this business gave him the worst experience. The doors on the vehicle are not lined up, and the hood and the fenders are not lined up. There are gaps between the fender and door. They promised the work would be finished in three weeks, but it took three months. They used the wrong coolant for his vehicle, and did not use enough of it. They left the cap open, and coolant was coming out. He went to another facility for brakes and was told a big chunk was missing from his wheel, which came from the accident. He was told the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This business did not see it. They also told him they called 4 different alignment facilities and could not find a facility to do it for him so they refunded him. The engine light came on after all the work and this business told him to go to another facility.

If you know me -I never slam anyone on a review given to me - This is one that I may need to bite my tongue! Where do I start? - Let me set the stage - This car is a Rally race car and nothing is stock on it. The car has previously been disassembled and reassembled with race ready parts. When the car was towed in the claim was made and was reported that it was parked on the side of the road when it was hit - after 2 months of investigation by his insurance company it was determined that the vehicle was moving at high speeds and wrapped it around a pole? Yes it did take 3 months to fix (but the first 2 months was on the customer. As far as the coolant goes - it had the wrong coolant to begin with as it does not have the stock motor in it, and we replaced what was in it when it came in. We could not find any one to do the alignment as it was too low to the ground and everything was modified. The wheel did have a chunk out of and and would have been caught at the time of the alignment - It seemed like the customer was at the shop every other day asking when is my car going to be done. The day of the final assembly, the customer was at the shop for 4 hours and while we were going over the final inspection and needed to reset some codes (engine light code) he said he can't wait anymore and he would take care of it. To sum things up-When the insurance has to investigate a claim for 2 months I should have known better what I was dealing with and should not have taken this car in.
