Yes we are usually booking out 4-6 weeks in advance this time of year. we have a very detailed plan when we schedule our customers - parts are ordered in advance and everything is set up before our customer arrives for their repair appointment - we worked off of her insurance estimate and they had down for a REPAIR on the rear bumper, after the vehicle was torn down we discovered the the bumper needed REPLACMENT. We contacted the inurance company and recieved approve to REPLACE the rear bumper. The bumper was ordered the same day - unfortunatly Suzuki is no longer being sold in the U.S. and parts usually take 5-7 working days- Customer was contacted thru out the whole process and we even stayed late to deliver the car to her. not sure the complaint on the appearance of the facility as the car was key dropped the night before her appointment and it was very dark (as it was after hours) when she picked up her vehicle.
