Julie said her mud-flap fell off in her driveway. She took her vehicle back to this business to have them put it back on. She did not notice if they cleaned her vehicle or not. She would definitely take her vehicle back to them if she had to.

Kelly said the service was professional and nice. His vehicle was delayed by one week but he did not know the reason for the delay. It was not a big deal because this was his second vehicle. He did have to go back because the employees forgot to put an emblem on his vehicle. He heard about this business on the internet, noticed it was a 5 star and decided to try them. He could not remember the website that led him to this business.

Bonnie said she was satisfied with her overall experience and the customer service was great. However, she was not satisfied with the body work performed. They replaced the door handles on the passenger side, but they did not fix the problem. She spoke with the owner of the facility. He did not say they would find the solution to the problem and fix the door handle so the door could open and close. She was very disappointed that the problem was not fixed. She is looking for resolution, she hopes they fix the door handles and the door. There was no paint work performed.

Mohammad said this business delayed the work on his vehicle. When he picked his vehicle up, he had to take it right back in because they did not fix the problem the first time around. When he picked it up the second time, he realized he had to take it back in because the problem is still not fixed. He has to wait until the facility receives the part to his vehicle so they can finish the job. He is satisfied with the repairs they did and completed but he isn't satisfied with the repair that they're still working on. His vehicle was delayed by 5 days and he is unsure of the reasoning behind it because they didn't explain it to him. He will not recommend this business for service because of the reasons mentioned.

we do appoligize for the delays - vehicle was 1 year old and repairs exceeded $11,000. we had a few problems with parts as they were labeled incorrectly and we recieved parts for the opposite side of the vehicle. The part we are still waiting for is on order and the dealer ship is working with the manufacture, as we have recieved 2 parts for the wrong side of the vehicle - when the correct side comes in we only need 5 minutes to put the part on. Again sorry for the inconvenience and we are very happy that you are satisfied with the repairs.

Norman said the business provides great service and they have high standards, turning away the first two bumpers before accepting the third. They coordinated their work with Enterprise, they were timely, and they were accurate with their quote with his insurance. They were everything a customer would hope they would be. His vehicle was clean and it came out beautiful. The facility is clean, tidy, and organized. The employees are professional and courteous. He appreciates their hard work. He heard about this business through the Better Business Bureau. He said this business is a bit of a drive for him but it is worth traveling the distance.
