Lydia said the employees had a good demeanor and were apologetic. Her repairs took 3 or 4 days longer because of parts delays. When she went to pick her vehicle up, she had to leave it there a little longer because the rail cap on the side of the bed was loose.

Brandy was not our customer - Brandy is the owner of the car, the Mechanical shop was our customer as they put a ding in the right rear side door - when the customer picked up the car from the mechanical shop, she said there was another ding on the quarterpanel that was caused by them and they brought it backĀ for the other ding to get fixed.
