Guy said everyone was friendly and professional. The repair was completed earlier than it had been promised and the cost was exactly as had been quoted. The staff were all very professional. He had heard about he business through the King 5 best of listing.

Nicole said when she got to the business they were direct and did the estimate, which was much less than other places. The person that did the estimate told her he would go ahead and order the parts. Once, they got the parts in they said she could bring the vehicle. He explained to her that sometimes there are delays getting the parts and there was no sense having her vehicle sitting there for no reason. She stated she felt he was very efficient. There was no paint work performed. She did research online and they are very close to where she lives.

Gillian said they were fine but the business hours were the same as most working hour schedules. It was impossible for her to get there by closing and she had three extra days with a rental. They did not give her a promise of time but it was done by the time they thought it would have been. If she would have known her vehicle was going to be done by Friday 2:00 pm, she would have made arrangements for someone to pick up her vehicle. The only reason she would not recommend them is because of their business hours.

Spoke with Brandy. She said this business told her they could fix her vehicle within three days and they had it for six days. When she picked it up, it still had body damage they had not fixed. They took it back in for an additional four days. She would not recommend them at this point.

The owner of the car was not our customer - We fixed the car for K.C. Martin and wrote the initial estimate off of a photo on a phone. (the damage looked much smaller on the photo) We were the told that the only damage was down low on the right side. when the car was delivered, Brandy told K.C.Martin that the damage behind the wheel should have been repaired. It was brought back to us and we fixed that area as well. So sorry for the delays but we did not have contact with the owner before repairs and K.C. Martin and we were not informed of the rear damage. Again we apologize for the delays and inconvenience. Next time we will communicate with the owner of the car to clarify what damage needs to be repaired.

Mary said this business was very good to their customers. They are polite, thorough and helpful. They were not as costly as other facilities can be and she was very pleased with their staff.
