Terrible mechanics that waste your time and never find the cause of your issue
Good customer service but TERRIBLE MECHANICS. Took my Honda Element in because it wasn't starting, after AAA told me I had a dead battery and to replace a chassis suspension ball joint. When I picked it up from their shop, it wouldn't start. The mechanic told me that he had left the keys in the ignition over night, didn't even apologize. So they jumped it and sent me on my way. Next day, it didn't start again. I called them and they said leaving the keys in probably killed that new battery and they would send someone over to replace the battery. They do this but I'm also noticing that there is a terrible loud scraping sound coming from the car when accelating. And once again, my car died and had to be jumped. I called them about this sound and the starting issue (keep in mind I had just replaced the starter before taking it to Accurate Auto). So they said to bring it in and they'll fix this sound (which they admited to be caused by leaving some part exposed, aka negligence and poor mechanic work), and they'll look at the starting issue. They called me later to say it was definintely the alternator that was causing this issue. So I had them replace the alternator. Next day, my car still is not starting. And this is after wasting almost $2000 at this place and still not having the correct answer the first 2 times I took my car there. It seems to me this place just makes up excuses to take your money and they don't do thorough enough work to find the cause of the problem on the first and even second attempts.
