All of our customer are given prices before we do any repairs, which gives them an opportunity to voice any concerns or even go elsewhere if they choose. Normally our regular oil change doesn't take long. The service we preformed was a special that included other services. We should have done a better job communicating how long it would take. In the future keep in mind we offer free loaner cars or rides to help customers stay in their normal routine while we have their vehicle. I appreciate your feedback, and will remind the guys to do a better job keeping customers informed about completion times.
