Mohammad said he was not happy with service. There was a noise coming from his wheels and they made a mistake diagnosing the wrong wheels. They ended up changing the back wheels and after the service there was still a noise coming from the same place. They told him the noise was going to go away. He had to go back because the noise did not go away. They found out the noise was coming from the front wheels. He spent a lot of money for the service and he will not go back again. He would not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above.

We have serviced the Nissan Quest for several years, they did complain of brake noise which we determened was noisy rear brake pads which we replaced at no charge on 11/20/2013...when the customer came in on 5/19/14 we found that a front brake caliper had failed, we replaced the front brakes and calipers to repair this problem....we also only charged for the parts no labor charge to help the customer on the expense.
