Honesty
As usual, I walked out of the shop feeling that I was given honest advice regarding the necessary repairs for my vehicle. Unlike usual, I had an estimate from a local dealer for the same work (they gave a diagnosis after bringing the vehicle in for some recall work), and Acute's price was 1k cheaper.
