Naima said her vehicle started making a loud noise after being serviced at the business. She took the vehicle back but was told there was nothing they could do about the noise. She stated that she thought something was fishy when the business told her an oil change would only be $25 and her vehicle takes synthetic oil. Due to this experience, she would not recommend the business.
