"Trust Them With Our Families Cars"
We trust Advance Service Plus with our cars (4). They have serviced my Altima since I bought it 10 years ago. We appreciate their honesty when it comes to what needs to be done and they are accurate with their prognosis.

"Great Service from Outstanding Mechanics!"
Brought in a 2006 Cadillac SRX for a routine oil change; these folks have been taking care of this car since almost new. In addition to performing the oil change, they also did a general inspection, including testing the battery. Their test showed that the battery failed a load test, and they recommended replacing it. When my husband got home, he took it to a nearby auto parts store to get a new battery. The store tested the battery in the car, and it passed. Thinking there might have been some kind of mistake, my husband called Ralph, the service manager and discussed the test Advance Service Plus did. Based on the test description, my husband decided to replace the battery, even though it passed at the auto parts store. When he returned to the auto parts store to drop the old battery off and get the core charge refunded, he asked them to test the battery again, this time off the car. The old battery failed completely, producing only about 50% of the rated amps at a significantly reduced voltage. Apparently, that old battery was on its very last legs, only a few start cycles from complete failure when Advance Service Plus recommended replacing it.Their top notch technician and quality test equipment saved my husband and I from a major inconvenience. We could not be more pleased!
