Very good
Who I believe to be the owner is very friendly and personable. However a younger guy sitting behind him seemed stern and scrutinizing during my transaction which made me uncomfortable.

First of all, thank you for the comment and rating on who waited on you! That was great to hear! Two of us own Advant Automotive, but it could have been a number of people who were also in the office. We have vendors, employees and salespeople who stop in the office behind the counter. I apologize for whoever it was made you feel uncomfortable. I will pay more attention to that going forward. We appreciate your honesty. Thank you for bringing your car to Advant Automotive!
