I was able to drive in w/o an appt and get into a bay right away. I realize this isn't always possible, but it's convenient when it does happen...I like the fact Stephen has been there 5 yrs. Other shops have high turnover of Techs. I prefer someone who can remember me and my car. Jon is straightforward and doesn't oversell services that aren't truly needed.
