Kalaan said the business was really quick and efficient in getting his repair completed. There was one small issue with his front bumper. It was pressed up against the vehicle too much. Besides that issue, he had an overall good experience. He said he was happy with the fact they guaranteed their work for the life of the vehicle.

Penny said this business took 17 days to get her vehicle back to her. She was not given a promise of time. She was paying for a rental and she was told they were waiting on an emblem. She would rather pick up her vehicle and take it back when the emblem came in. All of a sudden, they told her there were other things that needed to be addressed. A piece popped off her hood and they fixed it with screws instead of replacing it like she wanted them to. There were two front desk ladies that contacted her with updates. She had called and spoken with one, the lady told her she would call her back and never did. She was very satisfied with the person who helped her with the estimate. He went over and beyond for her. He contacted her insurance company and helped sort out her deductible cost. She was recommended to this business by a friend. They take care of her and she said she is very happy with them. She would like to thank everyone for their great work.

Rebecca said she did not have any complaints about her experience with this business. On being updated, they told her ahead of time how long the repair would take. She chose them because she could get into their facility that day or the day after. All of the other businesses would not take her for 2 weeks. She had gone to another facility closer to her that her insurance company recommended. She did not like them at all. She decided to go all the way up to Everett to this business. They were very professional and did a good job.
