Lauren said this business was really good at giving her updates on her vehicle. They did all of the work they told her they would do and their finished job was beautiful. Everything was perfectly done. She chose them because they had good marks from her insurance company as well as good reviews on Google.

Charoltte said this business sent her a quote for the wrong vehicle so she had to call them to let them know. She received a voice mail confirming her appointment but it was still for the wrong vehicle. She had to tell them 3 different times that she was receiving someone else's information. She was not satisfied with the estimate because of the confusion and mix up of the vehicles. If she hadn't caught the mistake she would have been searching for a new vehicle. However, she was satisfied with everything else. If she needs any more work done on her vehicle she will return to this business.

Kenji said during his visit, everything happened the way they said it was going to. Everything went smoothly and his vehicle looks like it's brand new.They did a good job. They sent him text messages and called him. The staff were very personable. This is a good business.

Ciara said she found paint drips on her vehicle that this business did not find. Her vehicle was ready but she saw flaws so they had to keep her vehicle. They told her it would be about a half of day's work but it took a few days to complete. She said she felt they rushed her vehicle and did not take the time or treat her vehicle like their own. She has been there before and she said she was very happy, which is why she returned. She may shop around next time instead of just going back in.
