Stephen said 2 days after this business repaired his bumper, the right side popped off while he was driving and scraped itself on the road. He took his vehicle back to this business, but they told him they could only pop it back in and the damage could not be fixed.

Sara said this business communicated with her very well. They went above and beyond what she expected. They were very pleasant to deal with and they were always very easy to get a hold of. Her vehicle took 2 days longer than originally anticipated because they had a problem reassembling the vehicle. She is extremely grateful for all the hard work this business put in to get her vehicle back to her. The vehicle was returned in a good condition.

Rhonda said after taking her vehicle this business, the clock inside her vehicle died. Since they were not open the time she called, she took her vehicle to another competitor to have the issue looked at. She received a second opinion and she was informed her battery may be dead, thus causing her clock to die. Once they tested her vehicle, they found the battery was not dead. She later contacted this business and they told her they had to jump her vehicle in order to make it start. She mentioned now everything is working completely fine and everything is good. She noted she found a tiny paint chip on the front passenger side door, but the flaw in the paint looks insignificant. She does not know what to do about the chip in the paint. She mentioned the repairs were delayed a few days because the business was not able to find the interior replacement parts.

Patricia said the employees at the business only notified her once her vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. She said during the repair process she had to continuously call them to check on the status on the repairs. They never bothered to call her, text her, or send emails about the progress of the repair.

Spoke with Juan. He said when this business gave him back the vehicle, he noticed they must have cut a cord because one of the headlights was not working properly. Everything else was running fine, but they did not find the problem with the cord so the issue was not able to be fixed properly. He is curious to find out what other items they missed. He called them and told them about his situation. They told him they would replace the headlight. However, he would have to take the vehicle back to them, and it takes him 2 hours to get to their facility. To compensate for this, they offered to give him $20 to have the headlight fixed. Other than that, he did not have any problems and since everything looks fine, he is happy with them.

Charlene said the employees at the front counter were amazing and they should teach others how to provide great customer service. They were cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and good. She does need to call this business to discuss a problem she is having with her lock switch because it's not moving or showing that it is locked. She has to check the passenger's side to verify that the vehicle is locked. She was not having this issue prior to dropping the vehicle off.

Andy said they did a good job. They were good to him and his vehicle looks good. He was given a ride home and everyone was nice to him. The only thing was, they had the wrong mileage and an extra zero was added to the mileage count. His vehicle only has 6,000 miles. It took 2 weeks to get his vehicle in and he waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. Everybody was good to him and he is happy.
