Raeann said the business is really good at what they do. Her vehicle looks fabulous and the receptionists at the front desk were really good at getting everything set up and coordinated. She had no problems. She likes the quality of work and the customer service. She would recommend it to anyone and she would most definitely go back.

Charles said it took a really long time. They had to keep reordering parts and did not fix the exhaust system the way he asked them to. Still, they did a really nice job and they are really nice folks. He is impressed with them.

Cindy said everything was really good at this business. Her only issue was that in the beginning she told the guy he needed to look at her air bag and why it did not discharge but the light was still on. When she went to pick up her vehicle, she asked if it was checked and the technician did not recall being asked to check it. She had to leave it overnight to get it turned off. It was frustrating to have to return again.

Billy said it was fine. He was not satisfied with the paint work because there were smear marks and it was not done well. He was not satisfied with the body work because it was not repaired back to normal. He had to call in for some vehicle updates. It was upsetting the way he was treated by the personnel because they said his vehicle had been in an accident before and he told them it had not. They thought he was not telling the truth. When the employees took the vehicle apart it was determined it had not been in a prior accident.

Spoke with Chris. He said he was pleased and he likes the fact that they called him every Tuesday and Thursday. Even if they didn't have much to tell him, they always called and he appreciated that. There was never a promise date given, it wasn't even discussed. He knew it was going to take a while They had his vehicle for a little over a month but it didn't feel like it because of how often they updated him. He was very impressed with that and he also had a rental so it didn't really bother him at all. When he went to pick up his vehicle, when they told him it was ready, he was shocked at the loud noise that was coming from the front. He was in awe that they didn't detect it during the inspection or any other time before giving it back to him. He stated it made him worry that maybe they missed something else. He thought maybe it was because of new parts and the sound would go away. As he drove away the noise got louder and louder and he knew exactly what it was. He turned around and took it back and found it to be a bent rotor. He was floored it was missed because it was on the same side of the accident and really doesn't understand how it was overlooked. They fixed it and everything looks good, they did a good job
