Zachary said he had to go back due to an incorrect charge for work that they never completed. He was not given a promised date for when his vehicle would be completed. Oria was pretty thorough, however, they ended up having to order additional parts. He understood that this was not her fault.

Wendy said the business told her that the bubbles under the plastic would go away and they have not. She was told her vehicle would be ready on Monday but it was not ready until the following Friday due to lack of communication.
