Nickolas said he chose this business because he previously worked with a business that did a lot of business with them. The repair was done correctly after they had to redo the paint due to the drip marks. It surprises him that the quality of the work prior to the redo was not noted and done over prior to his arrival for pick up. The final job was done great and he is very happy with the appearance of his vehicle. He had to telephone this business during the repairs for updates, multiple times. They did a good job.

Diana said this business was able to get her vehicle fixed and they did a good job on it. It was a day late but she does not remember the reason they gave her for that delay. They did not offer her a ride on their shuttle even though she was there for 2 hours and she found out later, they did have one available.

Angela said everything was great and the repair was great at this facility. There was a little issue with their communication in the beginning. When she dropped off the vehicle, it was in the morning and they told her they would let her know later that afternoon if she could pay out of pocket and when the vehicle would be ready. On the second day, she hadn't heard from them. She called in the afternoon and they still didn't have any answers for her but they told her they would let her know the following day. They started working on it and for the first 36 hours, she wasn't sure the amount she would be charged or when the vehicle would be ready. They were able to bundle everything up for her and she didn't end up having to pay anything out of pocket. She thinks this is why they didn't call her about the price. They told her the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday but they went out of their way to get it delivered to her that Friday night. She would recommend them to others.
