Joseph said everything went very well. This business is good and polite. They finished the work on time. Safeco was the first to recommend this business. He asked about them around town. Everyone told him they do good work. They have a good reputation. He would definitely go back.

Cheryl said her vehicle looks really good. She said when a staff member at this business cleaned out her vehicle, they took off her oil change sticker and did not replace it. She mentioned when she set up her appointment, she made arraignments with Hertz to receive a rental vehicle. When she went to the facility, they tried to get her to obtain a loaner vehicle from Enterprise.

Michael said the work was good but it took forever to get his vehicle taken care of. It took 4 weeks for them to take a look at his vehicle, then, 3 weeks to get his vehicle in for repairs and then another week to complete the repairs. When he first went to them, they told him they could get him in on the 14th of November but he wanted his insurance company to set up his appointment. A few days later, when the insurance company set the appointment up, the earliest they could get him in was on the 28th of November. They could have served him better if they had signed him up the first time he went to them. He said he was very happy with the results of the repair. Everything was done professionally.
