They side swiped and scratched the entire right back corner panel of the first car and transfered white paint from another vehicle. He tried to say it was there before it was dropped off. That's a complete lie. I have cameras with time stamps to prove he's lying. I'll be filing a suit in small claims court. They also left oil on the mats, interior door handles, and the check engine light is now on. The job was for a simple alternator change and a valve cover gasket replacement. That was the first car.
The second car required four O2 sensors to be replaced (which I supplied) . Sounds simple enough? Guess again. He charged me 344.00 dollars to replace O2 sensors. The receipt said three sensor replacements two at 109.00 and the third at eighty something. He tried to charge me three hours labor to replace three O2 sensors. Where was the fourth? He didn't replace it and it has disappeared. He only left three used O2's in the car. I'll be including that in my suit. I'll also be filing a complaint with the state Attorney General for fraud. The receipt clearly states three sensors were replaced when we both agreed I dropped off four. He was too ignorant to cover up his blatant, fraudulent, predatory charges. My wife is a contractual attorney and she couldn't believe it.
