I love these guys! They are so professional; they explain in detail all the work they do, why the vehicle needs it, how long it will take... When some task does not get completed, they call and inform you why and what would be impacted, what remedial action should be taken, and when. I highly recommend their shop, I've come to know each and everyone by name, what with having to service 3 cars there. The only minor issue I have is with the emails asking customers to request an appointment online when the online appointment request does not get forwarded to the shop for scheduling. You must call them directly to obtain an appointment. The website does absolutely nothing to the submitted request. Either fix this or stop requesting customers to submit requests.
