Problem not fixed

I took my vehicle in to get the air conditioning fixed. Said it was the A/C clutch. I was charged almost $200 saying the problem was fixed. After a week, the air still did not work. Took the vehicle back supposedly another part was needed. An actuator? I was told by the husband I would have an estimate by Monday. I called a week later to find out if the estimate was ready, was told by staff nothing had been done as far as estimates go. Had to bring the vehicle back for some other things they fixed, asked the owners wife about my estimate. She said they would call me Monday. They were always very friendly, however I would not recommend this shop if you want a resolution to your vehicle problems. Not impressed with the workmanship. I would rather take my vehicle where business is needed. Mine was not needed.

Good morning Janel! I first and foremost want to apologize for not getting back with you on your estimate. I will admit it was my fault as I was in process of training my new employee and there was miscommunication between the two of us which is no excuss but one thought the other one had helped you with that so again totally my fault as I'm the owner and should have followed up. I never would want any of my customers to feel that there business is not needed here as our customers are very important to us and we truly care about what we do and try to provide the best service we can but I would not say we are absolutely perfect. As far as your a/c repair yes we evacuated and recharged the dual a/c system and asked you to return to inspect for leaks which you did and at that time we found no leaks but did find the actuator not working properly which is what you have been waiting for an estimate on. Again I personally am apologizing for the misunderstanding and fully understand your frustration. I want to thank you for posting this review as it definitely will help us in our training to be sure this doesn't happen again. We don't want to lose your business and would love the opportunity to make things right!
