Great place but takes long.
Love the shuttle service but feel like I have to have my car there quite a while to be serviced. Great hours of operation. Competitive prices. Love our coupon book promotion.

Excellent customer service
The service is always great when I bring my car in. However, the price for an oil change was just too expensive, even though my car must have synthetic oil.

We appreciate the high marks and the service you said you received. We strive to make a difference when it comes to getting your vehicle serviced. We also like to be a well-rounded company and remain competitive regarding our services. I am surprised to find our Full Synthetic Oil change costs to be higher than you expected. Your vehicle does require a 5w20 Eco oil that unfortunately does fetch a higher cost, but 39.99 is less than all of our competitors that we are aware of. If you have the coupon or cost of a cheaper oil change that specifies your vehicle; please bring that in for your next visit so I can better understand where we are missing the mark and accommodate you accordingly.

Very considerate
Aspen auto honored quotes I received from another garage and allowed me to use some of my other coupons. I had a lot of work done which cost me a lot of money. Aspen backs up their work and did not charge for some ongoing issues. They treat me with respect and I like the fact that there are other women actually working there. I was looking for another clinic to replace the one I used to go to who used to do the same but has raised their prices. Aspen fits the bill.

great customer service
took my 1993 suburban in for the 1st time for a complete check up. Greg went over the vehicle from top to bottom and gave me a list of actions that needed to be taken from most important to least in time frames.
