Good Service
The work done, a standard oil change, was fine. The 1+ wait for the scheduled oil change was a little ridiculous. Staff members were very nice.

I couldn't agree more that over 1 hour is too long for an oil change. I am pleased to hear that the staff and overall experience was a good thing but the time aspect was a distraction. Our oil service with an appointment is typically a 45-60 minute process due to the inspection that is partnered with the service but to go beyond that is abnormal. I hope this experience does not distract you from future visits and I have documented your customer profile so we will be far more attentive to your time.

Dianne said she was told repairs would take 45 minutes to an hour an a half. They shuttled her to the gym. She found a ride back, but her vehicle wasn't ready for another hour an a half. Granted, they did find something wrong with it and needed to fix it, but she was frustrated with the timing because she had someone waiting for her and she was unable to give them a definite time. Overall, they do a good job.

Very thorough, keeps me updated, explains problems in layman's terms
Being a female, it's hard to trust people when it comes to cars. I'm always afraid I'm being taken advantage of; not so at Aspen Auto Clinic. The customer reps come out with intermittently to explain what the mechanics found and ask for authorization to do what is needed. They do not ever come out and say,"This is what we did and this is what you owe." When I leave I never feel like I don't know what just happened to my car or my credit card! Customer service is awesome both on the phone and in person. My daughter loved the waiting area and snack bar as well.

Brian thank you for your feedback. At Aspen Auto Clinic we pride ourselves in being more than just a "quick lube". When doing the oil change service we are also sure to include an inspection performed by an ASE Certified Technician. Typically this service will run 45 to 60 minutes at any given time (especially with an appointment). Clearly we missed the mark with your service and I apologize for the lack of punctuality. I appreciate the feedback and have brought this specific instance up to the staff at the store. I would appreciate a phone call to the store and please ask for me (Matt) so I can follow up with you and what I would like to do to take accountability for this.

Friendly, full explanation of service provided, NO surprise charges or fees
The service and staff are outstanding! They made sure I completely understood the services provided, and didn't pressure me to purchase unneeded services. It was a pleasure doing business with professionals that were clearly not 'out to make a buck', but ready and fully capable of doing the work that was needed. A welcome change from dealer or 'major chain' auto service centers. I've already decided after just 2 visits that Aspen is the only auto service center I'll use from this point forward.
