Helpful staff
All the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the service and the shuttle service. Only one little thing: one thing I had requested online was to have all the lights checked because one brake light was out. It is still not working, so I think this request was overlooked. Otherwise, I'm satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Highest quote for repair.
Was told I would have to wait about a half an hr for quote, waited much longer. Overheard another customer complaining to employee, very unhappy with service from Aspen for the second time and unhappy with high price. As well, I was not happy with the extended wait and highest quote.

I was able to explain to the other customer the misunderstanding regarding his Subaru and he will be returning to us for service in the future. I would like to extend the same offer to you. If you have other quotes from other locations including the dealer I would be happy to explain the differences and shed some more light on the concerns you have regarding price. We value very much every customer that comes in our building and I will use this example with my staff to improve the weaknesses you experienced. Aspen sets and keeps appointment time. All work is reviewed before, during, and after the service.
It would be nice to be greeted upon entry to the business. There always seem to be two people engaged with the computers at the front desk but they do not greet customers - usually someone else comes in from the back and asks if the customer has been helped. Other than that this company is exceptional.
