Will be returning
I recently had an extremely bad experience with another auto shop. Looked around with reviews and decided to go in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I know absolutely nothing about cars and they helped me know exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix the problem. I am glad I went here and I am referring my mom and friends. My rotors would have been totaled if I didn't come here. It is good to know, that there is mechanics out here that want to help instead of hurt and get money.
Thier courtesy shuttle and free inspections, are just the icing on the cake. (:

very professional, explained visually, not just verbally
I just came in for an oil change, but was impressed with how knowledgeable the young lady was who explained the condition of fluids in my car. Not only did she verbally explain, but she had something I had never seen before: a palette showing how clean car fluids should look next to actual sample of fluids from my car which was very graphic and convincing.

Perfect oil change
I dropped my car off for an oil change with no notice. I was shuttled home and shuttled back to the store to pick my car up. Very professional, efficient and friendly - thank you!

We are so blessed that Matt continues to be patient as he deals with our nightmare of a car. He and Pete have gone above and beyond to figure out the problems we have had and continue to work hard ( and I am sure they are frustrated with this vehicle too) to get it resolved. And I think they have done it. I will continue to always take my cars to them with total trust

Unparalleled customer service, trustworthiness
I'm very happy with the service. I've never been anywhere for something so simple as an oil change and had the technicians go to the trouble to show me fluid samples, give thorough explanations, and walk me through any findings for potential future needed work. Friendly and trustworthy staff, nice facilities, and professional work. I was very pleased with my visit, and my family and I will be using Aspen Auto Clinic from now on.

No wrongs...
I had a weird issue with my car and took it in and it was running fine and they found nothing wrong and so didnt charge me or make anything up. I will definitely return for future repairs

Above and Beyond
I took advantage of the free engine light check. The mechanic could not find the exact cause. Rather than sell me expensive diagnostic work, he told me what he suspected was wrong and even told me how to to do the repair myself. Impressive.
