Friendly and helpful
We had a car break down on 75 and had to be towed to this AAA-approved repair shop. Allen was very friendly and helpful, even though it was right before closing time the day before Thanksgiving. He clearly explained that they would not be able to look at the car until Monday, and while he was not able to give me good news about the car (locked up motor, and we didn’t want to invest in a used motor), he was able to find a buyer willing to pay what we were asking for the dead car. If we had chosen to let him replace the motor, I feel confident that it would have been done correctly, and the price he quoted for it was very fair.
