Mike (the owner) does what he says he will do and gets it done by the time he says it will be done.

I've taken my cars to Mike's shop (Auto Air and Electric) for several years now -- even since a friend told me about his business. She was convinced that he did not look down on women or assume that they did not know anything about cars. She was treated fairly and given options for the repairs or maintenance he recommended.

I tried out his service and liked it and, although I am a man, I agreed that he treated me fairly and honestly. He does the work I authorize and charges the price I agreed to pay.

He and his mechanics are knowledgeable and experienced in almost everything to do with automotive care -- not just AC and electronics. (His shop has outgrown its original specialties and now does pretty much anything to do with cars except I highly specialized services such as wheel alignment or tires. Those take a lot of specialized equipment and space that he does not have.)

I have found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and accurate in his work and so I highly recommend him for automotive repair and maintenance.
