Overall I've been pleased with the service provided. This time however, after driving for a few minutes, I noticed the Emergency Brake (EB) light on the dash, and quickly released it. This really upset me, because last time I got service at Auto Care, I was told that my brakes had gotten worn down because the car had been driven with the EB on, and it cost several hundred dollars for this. In my opinion the EB should rarely if ever, be used, and certainly NOT in a flat parking lot. If I find out that my brakes are messed up because I drove some with the EB activated, I will not be happy. In fact, I think I will bring the care in soon to have your people look at that.
