Not given what I paid for, poor service
I was very disappointed with my visit. I will say the guy who drove me home was very polite. They had problems in the shop that day& i get that, but i had an appointment early in the morning on a weekday and waited for my car for 6 hours for an oil change, I was told 2 hours. After 3 hours I called and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 45 minutes. They called back after 5 hours and said the car was ready, but they still had to put the tires back on so it was one more.

It was a special price with oil, inspection, a cleaning inside and a wash. I was really upset that the car hadn't been vacuumed out like the offer said it wasnt that dirty to start so just a quick vacuum around the mats is all I wanted. I don't think it was washed because there is this black soot stuff all over my hubcaps and it was NOT there before- it was raining when i picked it up. I would have asked for them to clean the car like it should have been but I told them after 5 hours I needed my car back ASAP because I needed to pick someone up who had a mobility issue so they kept me waiting another hour.

I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them until they completely blew my trust in them as a reputable shop. After the inspection they said my shocks were starting to go and my break pads were near dangerously gone and I should pay almost 400 for them to fix it right then. (Which is ridiculous no one around charges that much to fix only the front pads) After a 6 hour oil change I was not leaving my car even if I had another option. I felt like because I'm a girl they started trying to scare me to get all this extra work because I should be stupid about cars. I actually do know a lot about cars but don’t have tools to do the work myself, having driven with bad breaks and shocks I can tell mine were both good. I got an estimate somewhere else they said my shocks are just fine no hint of an issue and my break pads are still in excellent condition (they even showed them to me) since they are only 5 months old and I don‘t drive a ton. They also DIDN"T tell me about a filter that I knew needs replacing but I was waiting for the part to come in. So after waiting all day and canceling appointments and waiting some more the owner also stopped processing my payment to go get someone to talk to the guy who came in after me telling me the man spent about 20K on his cars there. At their prices I’m not surprised. I didn't appreciate that because I HAD to leave which he had known so I certainly didn‘t feel like a valued customer. This was a huge mistake the next time I need an oil change, I will go to 50's down the street. it will take 15 minutes and cost me $10 less plus I personally think 50‘s staff is nicer. This will teach me to use a coupon especially since I have to vacuum out my car myself.
