courtesy and skill!!
Sometimes you just get lucky!! We were headed home to Beaufort from an appointment at Duke. Driving through Raleigh our car overheated. Having lived in Garner for thirty-one years, we decided to get on Hwy. 70 and hope for something familiar. We drove into Auto Performance Center at 4:50. The receptionist was friendly and encouraging. An ice storm was forecast and I am sure everyone was anxious to get home. Instead, Andrew came in, checked our car, and said he would try to have us back on our way in about an hour. This included having parts delivered. We apologized for the lateness, but he assured us that this was what he does and he was glad he could help us! Wow! He was great!! Very articulate! Explained the problem and also what he did, etc. What a fine young man!! Wish we could take our car there regularly!! Three hour drive!! As I said, sometimes you just get lucky!! Thank you!!!!!!
