Poor Customer Care
Very unhappy with recent service. First I had to call to determine the status of the vehicle after it was dropped off. When I did call I was placed on hold. My hold time timed out and I had to call back. The man who placed me on hold laughed at the fact he forgot me. When I pick up the truck after hours Wednesday, there was burnt 20 amp fuse and broken tab off of the dash fuse cover laying on the floor mat. In addition, my external CD changer now does not work. When I called about this on Thursday the man on the phone was not forthcoming on what or how this could have happened. Nor was he very apologetic. He offered no solution of how to fix my CD changer. The motor, which what I truck was serviced for runs great. It is everything else that went along with the visit is what has really turned me away from Auto Physicians.
