Fernando came with a recommendation from a close friend. I wasn't expecting anything different than the "normal" experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The honesty, communication, options, service, and price came above my expectations. For a change, I was told what the problem was, what my options were to fix it, and also what I didn't need. Final total cost was what was initially quoted me. Seldom do I write reviews for anything (whether the experience was good or bad, I just live and learn), but felt compelled to share this one. Great customer service and communication was what I received. I will definitely be sharing this with my friends and family as well as those I come across that may be searching for a quality, upfront auto repair company.
