Totally Misleading, Dishonest
After going for a COLLISION estimate, they sent me to their buddy next door, Doug. Upon Doug's recommendation, he repaired my car, collected their money, and repeatedly told me the damage was cosmetic. I would not have had mechanical work done if I had thought there was a CHANCE the car would not be worth fixing. He assured me several times it was worth fixing. Returning to his friend, the collision side, they said they weren't sure. I asked why they would mechanically fix a car they thought might be totaled. He looked confused. He thought I was getting a mechanical estimate. When I told him the mechanic (Doug) next door told me the damage was cosmetic, he had no response. I don't trust either of them and would NEVER do business there again. Getting another estimate, I realize this is NOT how it should have been done....BUT they got their money so I'm sure Doug's happy. (Doug also told me he gets the majority of referrals from next door, big surprise!) My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere. I hope this makes it for others to view. (I would have given him zero stars but it wouldn't let me continue until I clicked at least one...)
