"Recommend Autonation Hyundai Corpus Christi"
Every one at is always very friendly and helpful. The appointments are kept on time. Not too long of a wait for an oil change., My car is always returned nice and clean. The service person always goes over what is needed on my car before working on it.

"Go figure!"
Well along with the standard maintainence items we had a couple of items we asked them to check out. The most insidious was the wind noise up near the sunroof/rear window area. Well I expected them to just mail that one in and say "we didn't hear any wind noise." On the first run they couldn't hear the wind noise so they called me. I gave them some suggestions on how to get the noise to occur. Well, guess what. They took it out for another run and they actually followed my instructions and located the source of the problem. They couldn't fix it on this call because they had to order parts. So, we are going back next week to get it fixed and it is apparently a complicated repair. The upshot of that is they will have our car for several days. It is covered under warranty and they offered us a loaner car (another Genesis) for the duration.
I fully expected they would kick the can down the road and just tell us the noise would not happen during their test drive. Thank you AN Hyundai for giving me one less thing in this world about which to be skeptical..

"Timely"
Service was done in a timely manner. Porter service could be a little more timely. Had to wait 3.5 hours to get a ride to pick up my vehicle. A better process for this comp service needs to be reviewed.

I was not told how long it would take and I had another appt at 2:30. My appt was at 11. I also would have like a running total of my services especially when tires were added to my bill.
