Concerned about my car problems, listening and wanting to understand my thoughts.
Great staff, Casey was my advisor, great representative for the Service Depart. and all were sincere. I was there 7 hrs as I had a lot to fix. They explained all the maintenance to be done and those I was concerned about which they discounted and not needing to be done. They kept be abreast of its status and any delays that they ran into which I would not considered to be a delay. Even the General Manager approached me asked how long I had been there and if I had any concerns or needed anything or to go any where. Great Organization !
