I purchased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse five weeks ago. Now that it’s getting up to 90° outside, iI have learned that the air is not blowing cold at all. The service department is not willing to cover it to be replaced. I took it to another mechanic and had it checked the compressor needs to be replaced which is going to cost anywhere from $800-$1000. Contacted the sales manager at Sikeston Morlan Chevrolet again and explain this to him, he apologized and said it wasn’t covered. (I purchased this car less than six weeks ago)
