honest and stand behind their work
It's nice to have a mechanic that you know will be honest with you. I always know that if I'm told it needs to be done then it needs to be done. And if there is ever a problem they stand behind their work without question. The willingness to work with you on payments is also a big plus :) I will never use anyone else.
