"State Inspection "
Thanks to Bales automotive they sent me a email that my state inspection was due that I forgot about. Not to many shops care about the customers to take time out to send email reminders. This shop is ahead of the game! I was in and out quickly. GREAT JOB TERRELL

"Friendly"
As a single, older woman, vehicle service is not something I enjoy. I felt comfortable here. They're close to home and convenient, friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back and recommending.
