Overall the service there was great! This is my second time taking a car there. This time it was a complete 55K mile Audi service which seemed to go quite smoothly and include a couple of other repairs I requested. The only issue this time was that when replacing the cabin pollen filter, the tech forgot to put the bolts box in the glove compartment and now the dash rattles. I will be back in first thing Monday morning to get this corrected.
