The guys at BCH are great! I have taken my BMW to them on several occasions with quotes from similar shops and they have always offered me the most competitive pricing. Their vehicle inspection and diagnosis is prioritized in order of importance to the health of the vehicle. The staff is, in my opinion, the most knowledgable regarding BMW issues in the Charlotte region. I would highly recommend BCH to anyone who owns a European car and is frustrated with overpriced/unknowledgable dealerships and shops in the area.
