Oscar said they were very friendly and helpful and he really appreciates that. The vehicle was delayed for a week due to additional damage found. One of his family members might purchase a vehicle in 6 months but he's not sure on the make or model. He appreciates them for washing his vehicle but it was not a very good job.

Keith said his experience was difficult and many things went wrong at the business. He waited an excessive amount of time. They sold the original vehicle he was in the process of leasing and they had to find another one. He had to renegotiate the cost and it took hours. The payment ended up being $50 higher per month and they did not explain the maintenance costs until the end. He did not feel good about it and he would have walked out but his fiancée really wanted the vehicle. It was a very bad experience. The salesperson did everything he could do. The manager told him he had a deal to sell 10 vehicles to the rental agency and he did not understand why he would tell him that. It took over 5 hours to pick the vehicle up. He has never had that kind of experience before. One of the other employees was nice. He expected to be handled with kid gloves. He expected honesty and integrity because he was getting a $50,000 vehicle. He was dumbfounded by the experience. They should work hard to correct the damage they did.
