The only thing I wish were different was that the pricing seems to be similar to what the dealerships charges which can be pricey. I would prefer that there were more of a saving when choosing to a local mechanic. But, I really like Jim, Liz, Sarge and everyone at Big Jim's. You can expect quality work, straight forward honesty, and rapid turn around.
