Quick, Professional and Pleasant Staff
I initially went somewhere else (where I bought my tires from, so rotation is FREE for the life of the tires). BUT they were very busy and I couldn't wait 90 min. So I went to Big T Tire (where my husband always). I told them what I needed and even though they had some other cars being worked on, they brought my car right in for oil/filter change, as well as tire rotation. I had a $5 off coupon from the competiter I planned to go to so I ASKED if they acknowledged other company's coupons. Without a pause the gentleman said, "Yes, of course!" So I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. AND hey gave me the $5 off from the coupon I'd had. Pleasant, PAINLESS process! I hate having my car serviced so this was the next best thing. I'll be back!
