Didn't was my car!
Usually I got my other car washed each time after any service at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Not at Bill Pierre Ford!!! I was very disappointed in seeing my car more dirty than before with hand prints everywhere on the front of the car!

Oil Changes Only!! And don't expect great customer service.
I have always thought the customer service was only so-so at Pierre Ford and that they don't care whether you are a repeat customer or not (or whether you come back again), but after my last maintenance experience when my car came back to me worse than how I left it, I don't think I will have anything more than my oil changed at this business. I would recommend only because oil changes are cheaper there than at Jiffy Lube.

Great.
Everything great.. I've Been working with sandy for a long time, great person.
My only complain is that when I called to make my appt.. I called at 8 am and the front desk woman was very rude to me and didn't let me finish what I was asking, she just told me you need to call at 8:30 and hanged up on me.. " so rude"
