"Okay Service"
This was actually my second trip in with the same issue. The first trip was for them to look at it, and after much discussion with the technician, I finally was able to make the technician understand there was actually something wrong with the vehicle. I did not care for his attitude or lack of professionalism. Of course, they had to order the part for it, which caused me a 2nd trip in to actually get it fixed. But, being a newer model, I can understand the reason for not having the part on hand. However, I would like for the technician to be more professional when dealing with customers. Wasn't satisfied with the customer service I received from him; but, overall for this visit, I still gave it a 4 --- mainly because I didn't deal with the technician the 2nd trip. The ladies there are very helpful and friendly.

"I received fast and efficient service"
I took my vehicle in to get a mirror replaced and while there asked them to do an oil change as well. They were able to get both things done before it needed it back.

"Great service for a customer off the street."
I came in without an appointment due to electrical system issues. Traci Cox, the service advisor, worked me in. I was able to get a ride to where I was working. They stayed in touch on the work. When I got there after work, the service ran later than expected so Traci dropped some cost off the final bill. Great service by all.
