Oil change
I set up an appointment to have an oil change done. Even with the appointment set up, I waited for over an hour. Next time I'll probably try somewhere else.

Hello Ann, I am sorry for the extended time you spent having your oil change done. We pride ourselves on completing your oil change with a full inspection in under 30 minutes. We do work by appointments for oil changes and stride to keep everything running on time. On your oil change, the previous vehicle that came in, had put us behind schedule which rarely happens. Please accept my apologies and I would like to offer you a free oil change for your inconvience. Please contact us to make arrangements to receive your FREE oil change certificate.
