Mike was great as always!
Another great visit. Great service by Mike up front. They guy deserves a Christmas bonus. While waiting for my Excursion to be completed he was servicing other customers in person and on the phone. I could hear how he was always trying to keep the cost down for his customers and not up selling. That's a big plus in this business. Customer loyalty is key to sucess and Mike is the face of this shop. He is one of the main reason's 196 people have given 99% positive ratings. I don't want to forget that out of 4 vehicles being serviced over time and lots of money dropped on repairs at bittersweet I have never had to go back because something was not done correctly. Treat Mike and your mechanics well...bonuses all around!
