Knowledgeable mechanic that worked on my car.
The mechanic that worked on my car spent time to go over everything he did and the things I should be aware of on my 325i. I took a star away because I brought my car in on Friday and was told it would be ready Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning I did not get a phone call so I had to call.
